Humvee Command Vehicle

I worked on a humvee that some scam artist conned the fire department into buying as a brush rig. It could not get out of its own way on the road, had zero power, and was constantly braking down. It was horrible off road as well and was so prone to breakage that it was forbidden to be taken off a maintained road.

that's pretty much what I'd expect from any 15 year old (or more?) cargo truck that had been beat on by teenagers in the boonies. The 6.2 na humvee (having only 150hp and a 3 speed) has never been known to move on the road...especially a poorly maintained aged one. Many I know with them use super-chargers or drop d-maxes/cummins in them. I feel bad for the Fire Dept...definitely a screw-job.
