Hydraulic winch on Ford van

Observer
Is anyone running a hydraulic winch on their Ford van? There are plenty of threads around debating hydraulic versus electric, but hopefully someone(s) have some experience with installation and use specific to for Ford vans.

Thanks,
Tom

Does your (likely to be automatic) transmission have a PTO? If not it would have to be a Milemarker run off the power steering pump.
I had 2 hydraulic winches run off a pump mounted on the PTO on my 88 F350.
And of course my U500 has 2 hydraulic winches, the engine drives a pump via a dedicated wide serpentine belt.

No PTO, so it would be Milemarker or try and fit a belt driven pump in the already tight engine compartment. Van is 2006 E350 with V10, Ujoint 4" kit.

hydro winch

2014 fuso duonic 6spd auto has PTO for Muncie pump. only 126# torque but will handle Warn 15K hydro winch nicely. Transmission must be in N or P for computer in trans to allow pressure build up.
