I like tropical scenes with mountains or beaches. I like volcanoes. I like underwater. Sunsets and the like. I like color

Not much more majestic than a scene from yosemite, specially when this particular location does not get photographed as much as the rest of it. I only posted in part because it was a beautiful location that was screwed up because of the weather and my lack of time to wait.

Yeah... the photos are nice... but you are wont see them getting painted! I'm NOT interested in deserts, eagles, yosemite or what have you... only my original request. Post them away if you like, but like I said, I dont have any interest in painting them.... unless it is SUPER spectacular, in which case I may just consider it!

I brought two canvases with me to paint. One will be Trevor's Palm/Banana leaf BW shot. I havent decided on the other.

EMAM, I like all of your shots, but they seem a bit tooooo posed for me, I like more of the natural/candid shot. Heck, the one I did of the alley/ wash in Granada, I dont even recall stopping from my walk to take the photo. Do you have a gallery of your shots from that trip that I may peruse?

Sure, I am being picky.... but I'm not going to spend 10-15 hrs painting a picture that I dont like to send to someone else!!!!!!!!!!! :sombrero:

Awesome, and that particular company is even out of Houston as well. Going to give LA first dibs though, but this site would be great for future works.

I have done this sort of thing before.... what do you have in mind? PM me if you dont want to share it here.

I mostly do acrylic and water color paintings... often a healthy mixture within the same.
