Idaho Tackling a Tough Land Use Issue

This is certainly a serious issue in at least Idaho and DEFINITELY Colorado.

The cynic in me wonders when Idaho's largest landowners (Simplot, Holding Family, Timber Companies) decide this little rebellion of the peasants has gotten out of hand and start greasing palms to keep it from passing.

I bet it doesn't pass. I hope I'm wrong.

When public lands are blocked, Idahoans have no recourse. This bill seeks to change that.

Thanks for bringing this to the attention of those on here! I love public lands and believe we need to promote access. It is crazy that people think they have the right to close off thousands of acres that belong to all of us through legal avenues. Not even to mention landlocked and checker boarded lands.
