Hi....I have been searching the net looking at different truck campers and on one of those travels I read about a separate trailer system that can be fixed to a flat tray truck but which has its own suspension and wheels to take the weight of the camper. Apparently this can be unhitched and left while the owners go on rough 4WD tracks without it, although it seems to be up to that type of driving if hitched. The camper can also be put up on happy jacks etc. and the trailer driven out if needed to transport other things - handy if you are doing some renovation work and need longer length for materials etc. I have not been able to find this information again and forgot to bookmark it.....does anyone know what this system is and how to access more information, please?
