Injection Pump Timing

Hi, Can anyone tell me what the pump timing is for a 4D34T Engine?
STD N/A engine is 7 deg BTDC i think. Maybe someone has a PDf manual out there willing to share for a few coldies?

Wow 3 degrees seems kind of late. What year are those spec from? Im chasing spec for a 94 model.
