Is it recommended to rotate tires on trailer?...

I have read that prolonged storage of a trailer can be bad for the tires. Due to the lack of heat from use, the oils within the tires can deteriorate. What do you all recommend? I rotate the tires on my vehicle every time I change the oil (3500 mile intervals). Would you recommend that I do the same for my trailer as well? :Mechanic:
