ISO and WTB: Ursa Minor J30 for jeep JKU

I currently have a 2015 JKU with hla hard top and a full size Front Runner roof rack with expedition rails. Interested in replacing to an Ursa Minor J30 for a long tip planned this summer. Bonus points if you are interested in partially swapping your Ursa Minor for my hardtop and roof rack. More bonus points if you're not too far from Salt Lake City area
