I would think so as well. Assuming the vehicle package is running around 2800kg at maximum which I think is likely, then the 69kW of power from the engine would be typical of Isuzu's normal thinking where longevity over performance and shorter life is their mantra.

We have a 2009 Isuzu 4x4 extended cab chassis with a tray back on the rear, the GVM of the vehicle is 2900kg, the 120kW engine is adequate, but it certainly does not do much in the performance stakes. That said it moves along quite nicely, and although it certainly slows down on hills, it keeps on going up them.

Our current travel vehicle is an Isuzu NPS 300, it produces 114kW from a 5.2 litre diesel engine and is built like a brick as far as aerodynamics go, but it just trundles along moving our 6000kg package with relative ease. I have no doubt if we increased our weight to the vehicles 7500kg maximum, we would see a reasonable downward difference in performance, but I'm sure it would still bop along nicely.
