Iveco Engine USA service question

Can this engine/ configuration be serviced for the most part in the USA?

Engine: Iveco Dally , 2.9 , 103 hp
Gearbox: Manual 5 gears and reduction gears 1/2
Wheel : Switchable , differential lock can be activated in conjunction with all-wheel
Road gear - reduction SUV ( creeper )

Vehicle is in Germany from 1988
with 80,000 km

Iveco trucks were sold in the US (some) and Canada (more?) but the truck mechanics I know don't like working on them due to parts issues and lack of information.
