My dream rig. I wish I could afford it. Are those solar panels on the roof? I don't see solar power on the description of features.

Hi, Why wouldn't it be possible to get registered US?
Gr.

Federal and state laws and regulations. What year is your truck? If it is at least 25 years old, then it is probably possible to get this into the US and get it registered in some states, but not all. (I love your camper and would seriously consider buying it if it were in the US legally.)

Hi, since there are quiet a few people interested from the US. Is there a contact/agency you know of who can provide the info needed to know if import in US is possible? The truck is located in Holland close to big ports like Rotterdam, Antwerp and Zeebrugge so shipping is easy to arrange. It is registered in the Netherlands and my license document quote it's first registered at 30-01-1980 so according to its documents the car is 35 years old.

Since your truck is 35 years old, it should be fairly routine to legally import it into the US. Any competent registered importer can do it. Getting it registered in some states (for example California) may still be a challenge. Also, you may also want to include in your ad the mileage and other pertinent maintenance information on your truck.

Hi,
Mileage is approximately 37.000 km

Maintenance:
Off course it is not a new truck but : I build the truck to go on holiday SAFELY with my family (girlfriend and a 4 year old). Aware of the fact that we cross mountains, remote areas and so on I didn't safe any money on maintenance. After the rebuild of the truck it was fully serviced before we left on a 3 month trip. Brakes were got taken apart and parts were replaced/repaired were necessary. Engine was serviced (check valve clearance/new nozzles) and so on.....
After the 11000km trip it got a full checkup and everything still fine.

I will change the add a little if still possible! ;-)

Greetings

The current great dollar to Euro rate make this truck an amazing deal for a buyer in US.

I import trucks into US on an annual basis and know of no NTS or EPA restriction to bring this truck into US. If its over 25 year old vehicle and over 21 year old engines is pretty much just pay import taxes.

And right in between Antwerp, Zeebrugge and Rotterdam so it can be in US in a few days! ;-)
