Tent is in excellent “A1” condition - always well cared for. No tears or burn holes in fabric, floor or mesh. Absolutely zero defects except the carry bag which has a 2” tear by one of the handles (shown in picture).

I have a co worker who has been trying to find an RV4 like I have with no luck. This tent looks like an ideal alternative to the RV4 and appears to be similar in size and speed of set up. Would you be willing to ship to Calgary? I imagine the freight would be expensive but the options out there are very limited and at least it's in Canada. I will pass on the info to my co worker.
