During the building of the alaska highway the U.S abandoned alot of vehicles in the yukon. I know a guy who pulled a 42 GPW out of the woods and restored it in the 50s or 60s and still wheels it with a 2.0L Pinto motor it has now.:yikes:

Holy shmoly, I don't know how I missed this thread originally, but it brings back good memories. I was there in late October to finish up our Baja trip.

Did not make it into the ranch site, the tours were closed when we got there.
