Brought it home yesterday. It's in ok shape overall, but there are a few things that trouble me. The top seems to bind when raising. I thought maybe greasing the track with some lithium grease would free things up but hasn't seemed to help much. The interior wood is warped on the ceiling, and i would really like to replace it, if not all of the interior wood. Does anyone know what kind of wood is used in these? Oak, Maple, Ash? Thickness? Lastly, the weatherstripping seal around the two halves is really worn out and rotten. Is there a replacement seal that can be bought? Pictures to come.i am also looking for two of the collars that fit onto the top of the hydraulic rams that the pins rest on when the Alaskan is in the up position. Anybody have a couple extras of these they would be willing to parts ways with?
