Just wondering about the Bolt Pattern on a 99 LC

Sorry I didn't mean to muddy any waters other than bring some info and conversation to the thread. I'll let the folks at AT speak but all of my questions are minutia related to LCs in general; I'm quite sure AT's figured this one out.

Nope. I have matching LC wheels on my Horizon: Works plenty good! Whichever it is, lug or hub centric for the purposes of the wheel adapters, Mario knows how to make it function perfectly.
 
It is also possible to fabricate a 6 to 5 lug adapter. Studs would remain the same. Just an idea. Some like it, some don't.
 
Good timing on this thread. I have been torn on what to use as my primary tow vehicle for a Chaser: 4runner or Land Cruiser.

That's what I am running on my AT Horizon: 6 to 5-lug.

I just need to check for bearing adjustment more often. Anytime you cantilever the load away from the center axis of a bearing you multiply the effective load. Not too big a deal on a ~2,000lb trailer...you just need to be aware of it. IMO the extra track width makes up for whatever effective shorter bearing life and/or shorter maintenance interval on my rig.
 
I really wanted to run the same wheels on both the

trailer and the LC to make spares/flats an easier situation to deal with. I am glad you guys chimed in, becuase I am always interested in learning as much as possilbe.

You're correct a 6 to 5 lug adapter can be made. It would be a two piece adapter and they are more expensive than a one piece. We will have to so a cost analysis for Matt to see which way is the least expensive for him to go.

Matt don't worry about doing this, we have adapters made every week and as Dan said Mario knows what he's doing.
