Excellent condition Kodiak Canvas 10x10. Only in it 2 nights. Only known issue is a very small hole above one of the stake loops. I have a repair kit from Kodiak Canvas but has never been installed. I believe I have some extra stakes as well. Looking for $400 OBO. Not looking to ship at this time. I live in Central WV and I'm willing to drive some to meet. I'm about an hour south of Morgantown, 2 hours south of Pittsburg. Thanks.
