Kodiak / Springbar carry bag replacement?

Has anyone considered upgrading their storage/carry bag to something more waterproof? If so, what would you suggest? I'd like to carry my Kodiak Canvas in the truck bed on long trips and not have to worry about rain, dew, etc. I'm afraid that the included carry bag will eventually mildew causing the tent to mildew (or at least smell).

I've been looking at the ARB Cargo Gear Storm bag or something similar. Something similar to TNF's Basecamp Duffle but with a larger opening.

I found a site that might have what you need for those big old canvas tents:

Ha, nwoods...those bags might be big enough but don't offer the protection I'm looking for.

I was thinking dry bag too. I actually use Sealine Baja bags to store/travel my sleeping bags, pillows, hammocks, etc. problem is the size. I'd really like something that opens the entire length of the bag too...not just on one end like a dry bag.

I use an XL Base Camp Duffle for my Safari Bow Tent and it has room for stakes, hammer, and all its kit. Goes on top of the car and stays dry in inclement weather.
