KTM 450 Rally announced

The Dakar Rally organizers have previously announced that motorcycle racers will be limited to 450cc engines in 2012. KTM has responded by producing a new endurance race bike called the 450 Rally. This is purely a race machine, but I'm hoping that future production bikes will benefit from the new technologies rolled into this model.

The 2011 Dakar race, only two months away, will feature 450cc entries from KTM, Husaberg, BMW and Yamaha.

Wow, if the service interval is above 300 miles I'd sell a kidney for it... Oh who am I kidding I still want my 450 back despite it's need for love and attention! :Wow1:
