Here are some photos of the "with tow eyes" version.
I have a couple winch trays from Devon4X4. One with tow eyes and one without. Located in Huntington beach, CA.
Retail is $1400 from Devon 4X4. I have installed one on my LR3 and these are the best on the market. Come with a mounting template to cut holes in the bumper, all necessary hardware, and install instructions. These are superior to others because not only do they have 8 bolts that use the stock bumper support mounting holes, but they also have frame insert tabs that allow for cross drilled bolts to add to the overall strength.
Without Tow eyes- $850 Plus shipping.
With Tow eyes- $950 Plus shipping.
