LEAKING ROOOOOOOOOOF HELP!!!!!!!

Well, we have had are most consistent rain yet since buying the Sprinter back in July, strange I know living in Florida. Woke up this morning to a van with a good amount of water in it, my first thought was, "well you didn't do a great job with the roof rail mounting", wrong, not a single drip, the culprit is the panel seams on the roof, not where the ribbing is but the actual thin seam. My question is this; will rhino-lining the roof make this go away or do I need to do something extra? I am certainly glad this came to light before I got a headliner figured out and installed I was going to rhino-line the bottom quarter panels anyway so can just do the roof at the same time. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated :smiley_drive:

I used eternabond tape all over my RV seams. It seems to have worked well. Its a whole lot cheaper than Rhino Liner. I looked at rhino liner too, and the guy I talked with said he had done a few RV's and it had worked well, so im sure it would seal it, but it was way too much $$ for me.

Will It work on sheet metal and where can I find it to purchase? TIA

Yes, It's a pressure sensitive adhesive, clean well with acetone, the stick it on and roll with hard roller.

Amazon has it, 4"x50' is $60
