Lightforce 240 HID Conversion

Has anyone here converted their lightforce 240 lights to HID. I have found some really cheap Lightforce 240s and am thinking about purchasing them and possibly converting them with a HID conversion from ebay for $80.

True, you're better off going with a good kit from an established company like www.xenondepot.com

I did have a ballast go out from one of the cheap ebay kits. At least they stood by their warranty and I had a new one fairly quick. I do want to switch it to a kit from xenondepot soon, which will be really easy.

Do it, you'll like the HID's! Even though my instructions are on a 170, they are exactly the same as the 240. In fact, my 240 lens is actually mounted on a 170housing/arm for fitment issues.
