lights are flickering on a 95 monty

hello all

well i searched the forum but didnt get any hits so ill just ask. I have a flicker to all of my lights... interior and exterior. I tested the battery and its good... as is the alternator. Next up is the voltage regulator.

Anyone have any experience with this going bad? Or are there any other ideas out there on what it might be? Thanks a bunch guys. Im currently on the road so it may be a few days before i get back on.

Wiring. Doubt its the battery or the alternator. If those go, things don't flicker. They dim then die. Installed anything electrical lately? Perhaps one of the electrical grounds is loose?

i once had flickering lights while driving due to loose battery connections

ground connection or loose wire at the fuse block. i lean towards ground.
