Great job, but your trays don't have allot of room so here is my question? Where do you cary spare parts for the Jeep like oil, grease, u-joints, tire seal kit, radiator hose, fuses etc, etc.

Under the hood. I removed the tray under the brake booster and can stuff oil and grease inside the fender support bracket. Fuses are small and are in the center console. I'm thinking about a box made to fit between the seat and the CO2 bottle for some of the other stuff as well as some ammo boxes placed under the hood. Just have to get creative. The jeep has ~16.5K on the drive shafts/HP D44 axle and 20K on the odometer, so I haven't carried u-joints or hoses yet. Good PM at home is also key.

As stated earlier, I just do day trips and never go alone. Some parts stay at my RV base camp and could be retrieved if there were an issue with help from friends. I already did this for a friend when his Currie Steering broke on the trail (the ball joint sheared off right at the under side if the knuckle). We shot back to camp, retrieved my spare stock steering, installed it on the trail and drove him back with no issues.

Finally got into the 50's long enough to paint! Turned out pretty good:

Well done! Most of us with LJs make a full trunk, but this is a great compromise between a trunk and leaving space for gear.

I have the Toughy Security drawer, and remove my back seat for gear and other stuff. Works great for me as I have a secure place to leave things if needed
