Hey All. Been lurking on here for a bit, and have yet to find a solution to my issue so I figured I would reach out for some help.
I have a 1986 Land Cruiser LJ70 (2L-TD) in my possession that has a push-button start which has not been functioning. It was presumed to be an issue in the pre-heater circuit, so I was shorting out the connection right before the button, and then manually using the key to start it. This worked for a bit, but it is no longer responding to the key turn. I am a bit stuck now, as I cannot get it started and am lost on what the issue could be. Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers!
Danny
