Looking for an affordable rear door van ladder?

I'm having a local high school weld me up a roof rack for my 08 Chevy Express. Now I need a decent ladder to access the top. I've been shopping around and it seem there are some cheap ones that are not so good and some very expensive ladders. I'm looking to spend about $100. Any suggerstion? Thanks!

Found a nice stainless slip on ladder at a junkyard. $20 and 10 minutes

I use one of these http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/10-5-foot-telescoping-extension-ladder/69450. It folds up small and you can get to all sides/places on the rack instead of just one spot in the back (most things tie on from the sides btw). It also is handy to have around camp. Disregard the price on that link, if you hunt around you can find one way cheaper than that I just searched quick for an example of one.
