Looking for ideas/pictures of 3rd seat in cargo van builds.

I'm looking at doing a van build-out in the near future and I'm wondering what folks do when a 3rd seat (not 3rd row....just 3rd seat) is required.
I've seen available middle "filler" seats that mount between the two front seats but I'd really like to keep that space open.

I've got two teens so need that 3rd seat.

I welcome ideas and or pics.....

Here are some pics of my install of Ford Transit seats into my E250. I mounted the rails through the floor and body cross members using grade 8 hardware and large body washers. I installed seating for 5 additional people but you could just add a single seat or a double if that's all that is required.

Placing the rails : Seats in : Foam mats around rails : Wood floor cut around rails : Done! :
