Looking for some taller/skinnier tires... not having much luck

I currently have 35x12.5R17's on my Jeep and I'd really like something skinnier.... like in the 10.5 range. I'm not eager to change rim sizes mainly because I just bought these ones last fall and my wife still thinks it was unnecessary :)

Been looking for a 35x10.5 or a 36x10.5 but all I can find is the Interco SSR in the 35x10.5 size. The next closest size is the Q78 but I don't want to change rim sizes and I'm not wanting to go to a bias ply tire since I do a lot of highway miles. I'd like something like an MTR or A/T.

Are there any new offerings on the market that I'm unaware of?

I just got some 34x10.50x17 BFG AT KO2's. They measure out at 32.75 mounted though so they'd probably be to short for what you want. The SSR is the only 35x10.50 I could find as well

I really like my new 34/10.50/17 KO2's. I have 35" GY mtr's on another Jeep. The KO2's are 3/4" shorter. They make a 37 KO2 that probably is close to a true 35.

285/75R17 Nitto Trail Grappler is the closest you are going to get to what you are after. They are actually exactly the same height as the BFG 35, which runs small, and about an inch narrower in the tread width when compared side by side. You can't go off of the published specs either. The Nitto is a bit large, and BFG is a bit smaller than their published specs for each category.

Last week I was talking to Dave H, owner of AEV. He has these tires on his personal rig, and couldn't stop raving about them.

He really, really likes them, which is plenty good enough for me.

I would absolutely LOVE a 285/80R17 or 285/85R17 but it seems wide tires on bro rims are the current fad. So I'm sticking with the 35x12.5R17 or 315/70R17 until some narrower options become available. My biggest peeve, however, is the industry's continuing insistence on being dishonest with tire sizes.
