Looking For Van Flooring Suggestions

I'm currently rapping up some work on my new (2008) Quigley Ford van. We added a sofa-sleeper in rear and want to strip out the semi-attached factory installed rubber flooring and replace with something more appealing. Needs to host kids, dogs, wheelchair, beach runs and extended voyages yet I'd still like to have the van appear plush inside.

Anybody have suggestions? Or horror stories?

Hey Loren,
I can't say enough about how much I like the Lincoin (sp?) type floor that Sportsmobile uses. I can get mud, sand, and more inside and a quick sweep sends it back out the door.

Don't forget to post over on the sportsmobileforum.com as there are a ton of home builds over there.

Thanks amigo. Gimme some more clues on the 'Lincoin' floor. Google didnt help.

btw: the lift dang near done. just cleaning up some cosmetics. Swapping my 6way seat base and hand controls next week, then should be mobile.

Not sure on what's best, I just have the regular ford carpet in mine. But I would recommend using some sound deadening material since you got it all up anyway.
The whole inside of mine was removed then truck bed liner sprayed in (floor and up the sides), underlay material then carpet ontop.

Does that mean you'll have some electric seat bases you'll be selling, or were you putting them in?

I have the Loncoin flooring in my tool truck.. it is very durable and shows virtually no wear.. easy to clean.
I plan on having the entire floor of my Van covered in this material and then have a custom fit rug for the cab area.. nice for trips, pull out the carpet in the snow or mud and have no worries about clean up

It's made by Lonseal.
