Some of you may have read my recent "Gobi vs. BajaRack" thread. Well, after much consideration, I just sent an email to Bajarack with a request for a lower profile version of their full length rack than what they currently have available. I basically proposed for the top rail to remain the same height as the wind fairing along the entire length of the rack instead of arching upwards. My two reason are A. aerodynamics. I know the difference will be minuscule, but every little bit helps. And B.looks. I know that may seem petty, but I love the looks of the lower profile racks suck as Gobi. If Bajarack can do this with there amazing pricepoint, it would be most excellent.
What I want to do here, is gauge interest on a rack like this. I figure the more interest there is, the more likely they will be to actually produce something like this. Any takers?
