LR3/4 roof light wiring info

A few months ago, i posted asking for roof light info, what would be best for my LR3. I got a superb response from people commenting on the pro's and con's of spots vs light bars and what worked, what sizes were good and what to avoid.

I have recently bought, a 50 inch 288w curved LED light bar with a 24,000 lumem's output to go on the roof rack of the LR3. The rack is the factory Expo one.

I know several on here have lights so i'm wondering what is the best way to wire the bar up.
Do i run a cable from the rear of the car up and through the rack/roof rail?
Should i run the wires up one of the front support legs of the rack?
What place is best to have the switches to switch it on/off.

Going to message my mate with the 08 G4 model to see how LR did it, ( i hate him for having that car.. :D )

Any hints or tips are most welcome. :)

I went with two 10" diffused Rigid with Dark covers. The light is evenly spread. The other option would be floods.. I got mine at british4x4outfitters. I already have a 2nd battery installed, and rear power bar, so I tapped there, and put in 2 switches.

It's a pretty slick install, you don't really notice them.

For the front lights that is what I did (behind the A pillar trim), not completely slick as the wire with cover was a bit thick. In the back, ran them behind the lift gate, and a rain loop, and between the trim and body.
