LX getting it done

Took my nearly stock LX on some trails in North Carolina to test it out compared to my 84 FJ60 that had been in family for 26 years...and I was pleasantly surprised. Only added tires and sliders...more to come later but it was very capable and only had a few light scrapes and such encountered.

Thanks for sharing those pics . . . Is your LX equipped with factory skids or armor for the bottom of your rig?

Right now just the factory skids so I had to be careful with wheel placement, descents, and know where my rear diff was going to cross at all times...but was used to doing that in my FJC and my FJ60 as well...with or without skids I am always very careful and follow the mantra of trying for NO CONTACT underneath no matter the protection.

Right now is tires, sliders and everything else is mostly stock.

Brock did you sell the 60??
