M101 wheel/tire combo?

We don't really have a 'I need this part' on this site it seems.

Looking for a spare for my M101 until I get around to changing out the hubs and brakes to something more 'jeep like' or well just not Iltis.

Anyone have one lying around from a conversion? in CA/NV/AZ/OR ?
