I acquired this trailer in stock condition about a year ago completely fully restored. I really wanted a trailer that matched my Jeep tires etc so I plan to powder coat axle, leaf springs and perches red, frame and fenders black powder with a slight texture, then body match my Jeep with automotive paint. Built a custom axle that uses a Jeep hub unit bearing off my JK. Wheels are Icon Recon Pro which use bead retention pins unlike a traditional beadlock.
Rack and tent are next on the todo list. Still not sure if I should go the lighter easier route of extrusion overlands XTR3 rack. Or build my own with linear actuators to raise and lower the tent and awning.
Anyhow here she is. Da Goat(GO Anywhere Trailer)
