I am looking into purchasing this gps, i like the price and the unit, what are you thoughts, I am new to the gps and do not know nothing about, however I think once I get my hands on this unit I can learn and then make a real purchase on the right unit or perhaps this unit would be all i need!

I just ordered one last night. I wish I would of known Costco sold them because I just payed $259.00 shipped.

Thanks guys? :sombrero:

Had been looking at this unit and the reviews on it. Well at this price, I could not pass it up. Being a Costco member is an exspensive thing.

Wife ordered for me today. :wings: BTW, you don't have to be a Costco member to order online but you will pay 5% more. Still ends up at $241.50 which is a great price.

Can't wait to get it. Just got in my new CB radio. Boy it's like Christmas came early.

See ya :safari-rig:

Don't feel bad, with the Costco membership price, the total shipped cost was $257.88 so you got a heck of a deal too. :wavey:

Well let's see price 229.99 +9.35 shipping & handling + tax 19.74 =

259.08

I still think we all got a great price!:wings:

had my crossover since it became available in January. Use it all the time, and I still love it :)

great little device....especially at the price linked above!

I like mine but it does have 1 problem. In topo mode, sometimes the map freezes on the screen and I have to exit topo, enter one of the other modes, then restart topo. Sort of like a soft reboot. It never freezes in road map mode though. Anyone else have this problem?

I had it happen in road map mode once. I also had the unit lock up once, requiring a reboot, but it had been sitting in the baking sun all day.

It has a cool feature on the charging display, which shows if the unit is too cold or too hot.

Does this GPS come loaded with the North American streets and addresses preloaded or do you have to buy additional software for that???
