I found a company in Australia, 4x4 Design that makes an upright MaxTrax mounting brackets. Problem I had was getting them stateside. Well since a fellow Cruiser Head was attending the Summit in Ouray, I reached out and asked if he minded hauling them to Colorado for me. The result is :

And of course he brought me a pretty cool sticker, "Kangaroo crossing next 25 Km"

I ordered a set a few months back and the shipping to the US wasn't overly ridiculous. They work great.

Bajarack makes something similar, haven't tried them yet but I like the idea although would have to make it work with my Gobi:

To any one else, before you spend the big bucks I bet with some thought and cleverness you can come up with a homemade solution much cheaper... I did to mount my "TREDS" to my roof basket and it looks good and works! mjmcdowell
