Found this on eBay this AM. Thought someone might be interested. I've been thinking about one of these, but can't afford it now.

Usual disclaimers... not affiliated, never seen the truck, not related to the owner's wife, etc.

That truck has been for sale for a long time. A couple of years ago it was on Craigslist. I think at one time he was asking a very high price for it. $30+k as I recall.

What do you think it is truly worth ? Would the rear box and crane even sell ?

I noticed Iandrez has the box he took off his FG on Craigslist. It's probably been on there a while since his build has been under way for quite a while. So, I'm guessing the market for used utility bodies is not huge. Vic Hanson sold his box to a dealer I think. That might be the best route. I think the currently opening bid price is not way out of line.
The mpg numbers are clearly false and raises a red flag about the honesty of the seller. Wonder why the springs were replaced? What do other people think of the odometer? Does it look odd?

I had a 14' box on my NPR, with a power lift gate, and sold it to a Fuso dealer in Fort Myers for $1100, and they took it off. The Isuzu dealer said they would sell it on consignment for me (asking $1,500) but they wanted $388 to take it off, another dealer offered $500 and they would take it off.

I got one call from Craigslist, he said he would take it off and give me $1100, but I had to drive the truck about 2 hours to his place.

I have seen that truck for a while as well.

I would bet you could sell it to the fuso dealer for a small price. Heck if you are interested talk to your local place and ask him what he would pay for it. If he makes you an offer you think wise then go for it. But I would talk him down on the fuso's price I think before I bought it. As he has been trying to sell it for some time peraps you can get a deal out of a guy just ready to see the back side of it!
