Took a trip down to Moab with Roger and Nic. We left on Friday and got to Moab around 1am. After driving around for another two hours trying to find some of Roger's friends and our campsite, we gave up and pulled off some road to sleep. The next morning with the help of daylight, maps and GPS we found our home for the next three days and got settled.

On Saturday Roger and Nic took off early and I stayed behind as I needed to go to town and get some supplies for my daughters. I think they ended up doing and little Fins N Things, and from what I hear Nic got a little crazy with his new trailer...

On Sunday we all headed to Cayonlands did a little site seeing and took the long way back to Moab via the Schaffer Trail.

What a fun trip! Despite leaving much later than anticipated, and my pulling the last of my hair out trying to find the camp at 2 am, we had a really fun trip. (turns out I wasn't on crack and the Bartlett Wash road from Dubinky Well Rd. DOES exist.) We did a ton in the few days we were there.

Here are a couple of pictures I took with my brothers camera (I forgot mine :()

Why yes, Chris does. Can't wait to see that one in person soon.

And Nic, I love seeing you getting out with the trailer after all the hard work you've put into it. That's a great action shot and a pretty strong endorsement for the Lock 'N Roll.

Nice trip gents. Looks like the kiddos and parents had a great time. I'm anxious to hear the rubber chicken story myself. I'll wait to hear it around the campfire in a couple of weeks.

Roger forgot his camera...? :violent-smiley-031:

My thoughts exactly Nic. You should blow that one up and make it a wallpaper.

Moab again - lucky dogs!

My buddy Dave had just purchased a Nikon D300 with a variety of lenses and such, and just sent me some of his collection. Here is a cool one, 20 seconds, Highway 191 and the airport are in the background:
