Morocco with an old car - March 2019

Last summer, a friend of mine told me that he is preparing a 3 weeks journey to Morocco with his Land Rover Discovery and ask me to find a 4x4 to come with him. I looked for a vehicle to borrow or rent to go with him but without success.

A day, he told me : "You should take your old car you have in your barn and modify it to come with me !". Huuum, that's a really good idea! So the adventure began at home, restarting the car that had not run for 6 years.

So I spent a whole month dismantling and reassembling my Citroen 2CV, strengthening the chassis, installing aluminum plates under the car, raising it, modifying the interior to be able to sleep in it and finally be able to pass the technical inspection! Ready for the first day trip!

So we did it! 2,500 km across Morocco!
