Great writeup, mountainpete! I've been eyeing that bumper on Demello's website for some time now. I think it's one of the best aftermarket designs out there. And after reading your writeup, I'm convinced of it!

Nice work, Pete. I'm totally envious of that rear side panel protection on those bumpers - tied into the frame to boot! I, too, think that's one of the best features to the Demello jobbies. 2" receiver in the bumper body is clever, as well.
