My 92’ Skamper 072S build thread

Hello, I’ve been lurking here for a little while and just picked up a 1992 Skamper 072S on Saturday. I picked the camper up in Page, Arizona and took it up to Lone Rock Beach the night I got it. My campers primary use will be for weekends at the race track and for camping when I heave time. The old camper shell did great, but it’s been time for an upgrade.

The camper is complete and in fairly good condition for its age. The interior is well kept. The exterior front right corner needs some repairs.

It’s unknown at this time if the furnace, water, fridge, or stove work. The exterior lights also do not work.

First coming projects:
-Create a sub floor to raise the camper
-Get a proper mounting system
-Inspect all appliances for operation
-Get exterior lighting working

Conrats! I have the exact model and year. Did yours have any wiring diagram? Curious where the battery originally mounted and the cables gauge and wiring point. Currently there is a mount next to the fridge that has about 14 ga wires. I was considering mounting a battery inside the door directly under the sink with heavier cables and a real fuse block.
