Well I have been lurking for a while from Australia so I better add my little campomatic I built for $400

so I started with one of these for $300 ( excuse the crappy pic)

and got one of these for free - Fixed the rust issues , changed it to spoa and added 5 x 4.5"hubs

combined the to to resemble this

towed it to work to finish the rest , I added a longer draw bar, offroad hitch and adj support legs for the floor .

also added jerrycan holder , dual batts LED lights and change the tailgate to a side opening instead of a drop down .

now it looks like this behind my XJ

All in all I think it came out pretty good for the $400 i spent on it .

Well thats a cool way to do it. Would matching XJ rims be a hard find over there? You can find them with old tires practically free here.

yeah , there is heaps of them around , according to the stats supposedly Australia is jeeps second biggest market . Ive just fitted 33's to the xj so the rims are going to change

Nice! I drove a 95 4-door for several years and also had a 88 2-door. Currently I'm in a WJ but I'm hoping another XJ or maybe MJ comes along soon.
