Here's another Manley ORV Utility trailer to add to the forum.
I decided to like others on here that I didn't have the time or the skills especially welding to custom build from a military auction trailer or build a trailer from scratch, this was the next best option for me although it was not the cheapest.
First I researched different brands of trailer and did pros/cons and price factor as well as location or if they would deliver or ship the trailer too. So I found Manley and I picked their Utility model trailer after a few days of research and making a few calls to them. After I pulled the trigger on the utility model I ended up picking out a few extra add-on items like the third rack bar and upgraded from medium to tall rack height. And also the telescoping Tongue.
As you'll see I Line-X'd the entire trailer 360 degrees inside and out in Black and Tan Premium Line-X with the exception of the rims and tongue jack . The only reason for this was for preservation and to prevent further cracking, peeling, chipping of the powdercoat and rusting metal under the powder coat. I store my trailer out in the weather 100% of the time and it's constantly exposed to the elements which was becoming a problem.
I hope you enjoy I will keep adding to this as I modify and build on to this awesome bulletproof M416 platform to be a utility/expedition camping trailer. Thanks! Robby

Picking up the Trailer at Manley ORV shop in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio.
A pit stop in the mountains on the Pennsylvania turnpike.
A full load of split red oak firewood. It rides much better with a heavy load.
An almost full load of split hickory firewood. Very nice for smoking some meat.
Tepui Kuknam Ruggedized RTT mounted to use all three trailer racks for maximum support and smallest foot print.
RTT extra supports made from scraps when cutting the aluminum RTT mounting tracks.
The welded on D-Ring tie downs and the inside of the tub are coated in Line-X Premium. The tub bolts were removed when the tub was sprayed with line-x so it could be removed later down the road if I need to.
The Line-X premium at this point is on the tongue, the inside of the tub, over the rail of the tub, the fenders inside and out. No Line-X on the trailer frame or the trailer racks yet or the exterior of the tub.
A shot of the way they Line-X'd the tailgate. They shot the line-x with the tailgate closed and opened it soon after so they didn't have to tape it off. Turned out very well IMO.
I found a nice tongue tool box. It fits almost perfectly. Just a little wider in the front of the toolbox than the base of the trailer tongue, only by maybe an inch total so good fit and wont affect a jack knife. Owens part# 54004B
Fully Line-X'd now leaving the Line-X shop. The frame, axel, and toolbox wrapped 360* in black Line-X with premium and exterior of tub in tan Line-X Premium UV resistant tan.
Trailer racks Line-X'd and put back on with the tonau cover.
Another view.
Close up view of the Trailer Rack. Bolted all the way through and threaded into the square threaded nut on the other side that's welded on.
Pic of the Mt Mckinley and it's dark tan travel cover.
Got the CVT Mt Mckinley RTT ordered, mounted, and installed @ BIBO Outfitters in Jacksonville, FL
Another view of the Mt Mckinley.
Another view.
Extra support screwed to the base. It supports the center of the Mt Mckinley to rest on the center trailer rack to prevent it from sagging in the middle.
Here's what it looks like today. I've added a 11lb propane tank and mount from AT Overland and a 99" CVT Awning with a matching travel cover. The awning cover I swapped out my self.
