MYOG tripod leg wrap

I know a lot of you guys here spend some $$$ on gear but I thought I would post my MYOG (Make Your Own Gear) solution for those on a budget.

I know its only a cheap triad 30 but its light and small and I like it for the limited use it gets.

The process is the same for all sizes of tripod legs whatever you use.

[Lost Canadian]

Great minds must think alike! The legs on my Gitzo are sporting some sexy 3/4" foam pipe insulation wrapped in hockey tape that cost me a twoonie at Canadian Tire, and it works just as well as those pricey tripod leg covers.
