Need a little help with some direction on my van build

Hello all,
Long time member but not an active poster. I am in the middle of selling me Jeep WJ and also building a 2006 E250. I plan to take off and live in the van with no real plan for an undetermined amount of time. So if you have any pointers or leads on some work that I could do (short term) to keep it going as long as possible.

The questions I have that could use a link or maybe just a few answers.

Electrical set up: parts I have
2 optima battery's (1 blue top 1 yellow top)
Blue sea systems fuse block
1 bus bar (all grounds will come back to this)
Solar panel and controller (100 watt)

What I plan on powering: (to start with)
2 LED lights
2 blue sea systems dual USB port chargers
Fan-tastic fan
Whynter dual zone fridge
Some type of audio system
I also have 2 750watt power inverters that I want to have hooked up.

Questions I have:
First off I want the system to be basic as I can but be safe and easy to use.

1. The batteries will be mounted inside, what's the best place to ground them can I just ground to a inside body panel and then to the bus bar? Or do I need to ground the batteries to the frame?

2. Besides the fuse block where would I need to add fuses or circuit breakers?

3. Am I missing something that I should be looking at?

I have tried to look this stuff up but just do not seem to find a definitive answer.

Also have a few questions on the interior for the build.

4. Looking for tips/ideas on the wall panels builds.

5. How did you run your wires (I.e. Lights fridge whatever) did you run them in a conduit or some other type of casing? Or just run them freely behind the wall and ceiling panels? Thinking of an easy way to add items later on.

6. How did you coverup all the wires that run along the top left side for the lights in the rear?

7. Tips/build tread of cabinets. I plan to do a floor to ceiling on left side behind the fold down bed/couch and kitchen area on the right side.

Thank you for your time and happy vaning!

Are those optimal supposed to be your house batteries? Maybe you trade em for a 4d or at least 2 batteries that are the same. (Prefer deep cycle)

Ground to frame only.

2 750 watt inverters seems very inefficient.

Thats my .02
