NEED HELP FASsunlite truck camper for ford ranger anyone know about what year / info

I might be taking a 3hr ride to go look at it.This what o know it 7' camper has heat fridge ,stove was wondering any idea of year or any model if u know.I looks great from video and up close pic .Everything work s krank broke but he said he lifts manually and it stays open.Two screens riped but i can fix.He wanted 850 but i got him down to 650 what do you guys think? I don't know the lineup that far back but the more recent model equivalent is the Skyhawk.

Hmm, on the year, I would guess 1983....am I close?

I have some torn screens on mine too...I haven't done anything about them. I imagine a possibility is to cut a piece of "patch" screen and sew it over the hole. There are some adhesive screen patches but I don't see them holding on very long. I have a few that I've never used. You might also be able to stitch in an entire new piece of screen and then waterproof the thread holes.

The price seems fair but it's hard to say without seeing it up-close. It's always a little bit of a gamble but as long as there isn't extensive wood rot, anything else can be dealt with. It's a judgement call.

For a comparison, mine was $500...it has torn screens too--haha.

Not sure about fixing the screens on a Sun Lite, but for $650 it would be hard to go wrong.

It will be very heavy though. It is wood framed and will be a lot of camper for a Tacoma to handle.

cant go wrong with the price...too bad i didnt know about it sooner...i was there this past weekend..

make it a trip and visit beautiful Lake George up about 6 miles north on rte 9..!!

Thanks guys didnt get to go look at it had issue with truck.I just so another one for sale its a 84 sunlite hawk.3 way ridge sink stove looks good i might give guy a call tomorrow to go see it he wants a grand .I looked up on internet say it way 920lbs with 20 lb tank and 10 gallons on board.Well hopefully it works out.What do you guys think about price? Does anyone have this model ?
