Need help with shocks

Hello. I have a 1994 E150 RB 2wd that I am planning on installing Moog CC880 springs on. I hear these are supposed to increase the ride height by about 1.5" give or take. I am looking to install new shocks at the same time but I am having a hard time finding some good aftermarket options for my van.

Ideally I was looking for a set of Fox shocks, but they only show an option for the E350 vans. Does anybody know if the Fox E350 shocks will work with this setup on the E150 van? I've been trying to do some reading up and just get conflicting info. I see a few places where people have mentioned the E350 shocks on an E150 with similar lift, but I haven't found anything conclusive.

The next option was Bilstein, but what I see listed for my van online is for the stock van at stock height. Any idea if these will fit with the slight lift? Or know of another option for a slightly lifted van?

I've been trying to look and read to find some answers, but keep coming up without an answer.

Thank you.

I’ve got an E350 with 880s (or whatever the heavier version is) with a 7.3 diesel it did raise it a bit. I’m very happy with the stock replacement Bilstein shocks. If I had a do over, I’d get the HD version vs the Comfort version I have on the front. the comfort version seems a tad floaty if I’m really watching for it. The front I bought with a few miles on them from a forum member.

I emailed Bilstein customer service to confirm their recommendations since mine is a dually Ambo that weighs 9k+ empty. I was ordering the rear at the time.

Im not unhappy with the length of stock front... but if one that matches a 1.5” lift is available, you won’t regret it. Mine limit extension somewhat which isn’t ideal for a shock. The radius arm bushings also limit travel... but and extra inch or two of shock wouldn’t hurt... so long as they compress enough.

I did that change (CC880) on my 2000 E150 v8 5.4. I used Bilstein for E350 RV. I was very pleased with the changes.
