Needed: Body builders guide for 2000 FG

Does anyone still have the body builders guide for the 2000 model around?

When I called Fuso USA and talked to the Engineer there he went in archives and got me my information for the 2003 FG but could never produce a true full Body Builders guide like we see online for the newer models. He said the 2005+ models are all digital while the ones before that are all hard copies sent to dealerships and such with not digital backup that he could find. I wonder if some place in Australia might be better.

It's been a while since I searched, but I remember that their New Zealand microsite had a lot of good info.
