Well.....ALMOST NEW. Used once. I'm not kidding either. It's listed in teh Los Angeles/Long Beach Craigslist, but will drop the price to $1000 for expo members.
Perfect for summer. I have a BRAND NEW 16 foot Old Town Penobscot Royalex Canoe in Green. This is Royalex and does not beat you up like fiberglass. The canoe has been used once for a photoshoot and I can't convince my wife to give up the garage so I can keep it. It was purchased for $1800 and seriously used once before it went into storage. It is surprisingly fast and really light at 58lbs. I managed to put it on the roof of my car by myself. I refuse to return it because of the cost of shipping so I will take a hit on the price. It has never sat in the sun and even comes with two paddles....mind you, these paddles are West marine cheapies and I would not recommend using these for any extended period of time.
The canoe has a few dimples and a 5" ripple in the plastic from shipping. Serious buyers. I can't stand low balling. Email only please. I will consider best offers if reasonable or partial trade for a tandem hobie mirage.

While excellent in flat water, the design and Oltonar/Royalex?® construction makes it very much at home in fast water
