New Roof Rack

Just got this rack put together and on the truck yesterday. It is a 4x6 Conn Ferr rack that I picked up off craiglist still in the packaging, added expanded steel to the bottom for a flooring, added mounts to the bottom and an extra brace to the front so I didn't have to drill into the cab.

Loaded up!

Good you didn't connect it both to the cab and the topper. The frame flex on Tacoma's tend to break racks or canopies connected to both.

You still might want to test it out. Flex out the rear of the truck really well and see if your rack hits the cab when it is loaded with weight. If so, consider just adding some rubber bumpers if it isn't too bad.
