New to me 99 runner

Finally got me a 4x4! Got it this past Friday, and have been waiting to actually drive it on the road(other then the test drive), I haven't had a chance to get the tag and registration done, and will be getting that out of the way tomorrow! Its a 99 SR5, 4x4 auto, Desert Dune, I would have preferred a manual, but this came up and I couldn't pass it up. I will be starting a build thread soon, once I actually have some mods done, it will be a while, money doesn't exactly flow into my pockets, or if it does my pockets have some big holes in them! I do have one question, I have already removed my running boards, and now the front fenders in the front just stop before they reach the end of the body, and I read that Toyota makes a mud flap to take up that space? If so where do I get them, dealership?

Thanks for the help!

Will have pics soon on build thread.

Congrats! If you have the un-painted fenders you can order the flaps at the dealer or check the online junk yards.

Good luck on the build.

Awesome! I just picked up the same model year 4Runner (mines a manual though :shakin:) You will like it, they are a blast to own, I think I actually prefer it over my '00 Taco as it rides better and does better off road. For the mud flaps, I would try the dealership. I'm just leaving mine cut off for now. There are also aftermarket flares you can get if you don't want the mud flaps (I tend to break mine off on rocks). If you have questions about any mods let me know. I am just a little bit ahead of you on my build, so any problems you come across I will probably have just run into my self.
